Crunchy biscuits from the oldest tradition of Tuscany, especially in the town of Prato. Cantuccini are made by diagonally cutting a strip of pastry made from our, sugar, eggs, roasted almonds and aniseed extract.

Serving Suggestions:

Cantuccini are best served at the end of a meal, dipped in Vinsanto, a sweet, fortified Tuscan wine. They are a perfect treat when dipped in coffee.
